For online orders, consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from delivery, without giving a reason, unless a legal exception applies.
How to exercise the right
To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement before the deadline to info@saten.gr and include your order number, full name and contact details. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.
Returning products
Products should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, with the receipt or invoice. Please wait for our return instructions before sending the parcel.
Return shipping cost
The direct cost of returning products is borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed or required by law. If the withdrawal concerns a faulty or incorrectly shipped item, contact us first so that the case can be handled properly.
Refunds
Refunds are processed using the original payment method where possible. We may wait until the returned products are received or until proof of dispatch is provided, as allowed by law.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to customer specifications, personalised products, cut-to-order goods or other products that are excluded by law.
