At SATEN, we want every order to arrive correctly and to match what you selected. If needed, you may request a return, exchange or withdrawal under the terms below.

Time limit

For online orders, return, exchange or withdrawal requests are accepted within 14 calendar days from delivery, subject to the conditions below and the applicable consumer protection rules.

Conditions for returns or exchanges

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
  • The purchase receipt or invoice must be included.
  • Cut-to-order, personalised or special-order items are not returned for change of mind, unless they are faulty or do not match the order.

Faulty or incorrect products

If you received a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible at info@saten.gr with your order number and photos where useful. These cases are handled according to the legal guarantee and applicable consumer protection rules.

How to request

Email us at info@saten.gr with your order number, full name and the reason for return or exchange. We will reply with the return instructions before you send the parcel.

Shipping costs

  • For change-of-mind returns, the direct return shipping cost is covered by the customer.
  • If the item is faulty or was shipped in error, SATEN covers or arranges the necessary return process according to the case.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the original payment method where possible, normally within 5-10 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned products, and in any case according to applicable law.
