Returns & Exchanges

At SATEN, we want you to be satisfied with every order. If needed, you may request a return or exchange under the terms below.

Time limit

Return or exchange requests are accepted within 14 calendar days from delivery.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
• The purchase receipt or invoice must be included.
• Cut-to-order or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

How to request

Email us at info@saten.gr with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will reply with the next steps.

Shipping costs

• For change-of-mind returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
• If the item is defective or shipped in error, shipping costs are covered by SATEN.

Refunds

Refunds are made using the original payment method within 5-10 business days after item inspection.
